Returns:
All returns must be Preauthorized by DenaliGrill.com within 3 days of delivery. Any return must be in like new condition, resealable, not installed, in the original packaging & packaged properly. Customer is responsible for all shipping, handling and insurance. Package must be insured.
PayPal & Shipping fees will be deducted from refund. So please make sure this is the product you want. We make our products in limited quantities, we are not like Nordstrom's.
Warranty:
We warranty our Powder Coated & Highly Polished Stainless Steel products for 7 years against Manufactures Defects.
We warranty our Custom Logo Products for 5 years against Fading and Pealing.
All products should be hand washed with soap, water and sponge. You may wax the Black Powder Coated finish.
Shipping Damage:
Our products are packaged very well to begin with, but, if your package arrives damaged, you have two options: 1) If it looks real bad, you can Refuse the box and tell the driver to to take it back. He will note the damage-Please contact us ASAP. 2) If the box looks a little frazzled, you can accept it-telling the driver to make a note. Open it to verify the condition, if it is damaged, please contact us immediately and we will have UPS pick up the package.
You must keep All Packaging for UPS inspection! Please take photos.
FAQ:
Q: Will my vehicle be permanently damaged?
A: NO, we design our products so you can return your vehicle to stock with either minimum visual impact or No visual impact at all. Denali's can be returned to stock without anyone knowing.
Q: My original plastic grill insert was damaged by road debris and the dealer wants me to buy a complete Grill Surround, what can I do?
A: Our Grill Inserts replace the factory grill insert so you don't need to spend $500.+
Q: I'm not mechanically inclined, where should I go for installation?
A: We have several installation facilities in the USA Or you can take it to a Body Shop, Auto/SUV/Truck Accessory Shop or even a Handy Man can install it! Most of our products can be installed by non mechanically inclined individuals.
Q: What does OEM mean?
A: Original Equipment Manufacturer; a product either made by or for the vehicle manufacturer.
Q: What is Powder Coating?
A: A very durable way to apply a paint like coating. The parts are hung on a rack, heated to over 400 degrees, electrically charged, then a paint powder is misted onto the parts-sticking to them. Then it is baked again. No sanding or buffing is required and it is a very hard/durable finish when completed. We use a two stage, Black & Clear finish.
Q:What is the difference between and Overlay and an Insert?
A: An Insert physically replaces the factory insert. An overlay, lays on top of your factory insert. You can still see your original insert if it is only covered by an overlay.
Q: Will my vehicle run hotter?
A: NO, Our products are tested for months before you get them. We also use a AirFlow/Fluid Dynamic Software that calculates how much airflow is needed. Our products don't whistle in the wind either. Remember, you are removing the big gmc logo that blocks a lot of air. So you are actually getting better airflow. Your warranty will not be effected. Most of our customers are gmc dealers!
Q: How do I paint my existing Grill Shell?
A: You need to take it to a qualified Auto Body Shop and they will sand the finish then use an Etching Primer, specifically engineered for prepping the Vacuum Metalized Plastic finish. See the PPG Paint website.
