How to Paint your Grille Shell:
First of all your grill shell is made of ABS Plastic and the Chrome Finish is called Vacuum Metalizing.
Proper preparation and an Etching Primer is needed. Wet sanding with 600 then 1500 paper works best to get the chrome ready for etching primer. You should not sand through the chrome. Some shops us a flex agent in the final paint. Consult your body shop for details.

Will a Denali Grille Shell fit my Yukon?
1) We make a Denali Style Grill Insert that will fit your Yukon and is a lot less expensive than a conversion.
2) The 2001-06 Denali Grill Shell will not fit a Yukon unless you change the Bumper, Lights & a lot more.
3) The 2007-10 Denali SUV & Yukon Grill Shell assembly & Bumper Insert are interchangeable-But the two Grill Shells Internal components are different. When you are ordering our Grill Insert Kits, you must order for the vehicle you have.
4) The 2007-10 Sierra Grill Shell assembly is interchangeable with the 2008-09 Sierra Denali. But the two Grill Shells Internal components are different. When you are ordering our Grill Insert Kits, you must order for the vehicle you have.
5) The 2001-06 Denali SUV and Truck Grill Insert, both OEM & Aftermarket, are not interchangeable with the 2000-06 Yukon, as the shape & mounting areas are very different.

Will a Denali Grille, Surround, Bumper or Front End fit my Tahoe or Suburban?
You will need to change over the Bumper, Bumper Support, Grill Shell, Head Lights, Turn Signal/Daytime Running Lights, Tow Hooks & Fog Lights. $$$$$$$$$$$$

How to remove your front gmc logo:
From behind the logo, locate the barbed tabs on the back of the logo. Press the barbs and lift the logo out the front. There will still be a big area attached to the Grille Insert. That is why you need to buy our Grille Insert.

How to remove your logos:
What you need: 1 or 2" putty blade, Masking tape, Goo-Gone or Goo-Off, Rubbing Alcohol, Wax & hand towels. E-mail us for more info.

How to attach your gmc logo to our Grille Inserts:
Double backed tape works best! But why...just throw it away and stop advertising for them.
